I am a Laughter Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master Teacher. My training is comprised of years of learning and teaching in India and Thailand followed by years of practice and application while living as a householder, mother and wife in England and Connecticut.
I am the cofounder of Pureland Reiki and the founder of pashmina brand Samadhi Woven, as well as an avid gardener and a homeschool mom.
The practices I discovered in the Himalayas are bringing me healing, joy, peace and ease in my daily life, and I feel grateful to be in a position to share them. I offer Laughter Yoga sessions and Reiki courses by appointment.
